Andy Auch, President

Andy Auch incorporated Premiere in August of 1989, after starting the company as a Purdue University student. Originally from Chicago, Andy has led Premiere to 3 consecutive designations as an Indiana Growth 100 company, as well as recognition by the Indianapolis Business Journal as one of Indiana's Top 25 Fast Growing privately held corporations. Also, Andy served two terms as Chairman of the Columbia Club's Harrison Society, and was named The 1998 Leukemia Society Man of the Year in Indianapolis. He also coached varsity football in Indianapolis at Broad Ripple High School from 1993-95. Andy and his beautiful wife Dawn are proud parents of 3 year old twin boys, Nate and Garrett.

Jon Wainscott, Account Executive

Originally from a small town in rural Northeast Indiana, Jon moved to Indianapolis in 1997 to attend Butler University where he graduated with a degree in Telecommunication Arts. Before joining Premiere, Jon spent 3 ½ years working in radio promotions. In his free time, Jon enjoys playing golf with his friends, reading and going to concerts.

Dawn VonDeylen, Office Manager

Originally from the Detroit area, Dawn moved to Indiana in 1989 to go to school and decided to become a “Hoosier” as opposed to a “Motor City Madwoman”. She resides in Indianapolis and is extremely busy keeping track of her four children; Max, Lily Claire and Gunnar. Dawn’s spare time is limited, but she does find time to enjoy good books, indie films, football games, and concerts.

Pam Tidwell, Account Executive

After 10 years out west (most recently Portland, Oregon) Pam Tidwell moved back home to Indiana. She lives in Fishers with her two kids, Max and Emma. Pam has her degree from Indiana University's School of Public and Environmental Affairs. For fun she likes to kickbox and waterski and has recently started running and wakeboarding.
